Unified2 Expands Operations with New Manufacturing/Distribution Facility

Seventh Facility Adds Significant Capacity and Advanced Design for Modern Manufacturing
Unified2 has again contracted RP Masiello for their latest expansion project: a new 450,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facility. This design-build project represents the seventh new facility that RP Masiello has constructed for Unified2 since our partnership began in 1998. The new construction will feature manufacturing a four point comprehensive high-rack storage systems throughout the main production floor, with an additional 12,000 sq. ft. second level for supplementary operations. The facility will also feature multiple loading docks, strategically positioned around the building to accommodate railroad car access, streamlining material handling and distribution operations. The design incorporates load bearing insulated pre-cast concrete materials, providing superior structural integrity and energy efficiency to support Unified2’s heavy infrastructure requirements.
Enduring Relationship
Since constructing Unified2’s first facility in 1998, RP Masiello has been instrumental in the company’s physical expansion; successfully delivering seven buildings and multiple renovations for the company, augmented by Unified2’s to further its rapid domestic growth.
