OUR FOUNDATION
OUR FOUNDATION
RP Masiello is a privately held design-build and construction management firm based in Central Massachusetts. Our history reaches back to Frank J. Masiello, who immigrated to the United States from Italy in 1903, settled in Worcester, and became a master stone mason. Like Frank, we are builders through and through.

our approach
At RP Masiello, we build things that last. Buildings, relationships, legacies. We carry 50+ years of craft into every project and pair it with the technology and thinking that keep us ahead. Our hierarchy is flat, our process is intimate, and our commitment and partnerships run deeper than the contract.
