The Beginning

Frank J. Masiello immigrates from Italy to Worcester, Massachusetts, working as a master stone mason rebuilding a church steeple now housed in the Worcester Art Museum.

A Story of Builders

What one tradesman built evolved over generations into something larger. Frank Sr.’s legacy continued as the Masiello family became a multigenerational line of builders and architects, united by a shared commitment to craft.

RP Masiello Founded

In 1976, Frank’s son, Ralph founded RP Masiello. A construction firm grounded in the same hands-on understanding of how buildings actually come to life. In 1989, Ralph passed the reins of the company to his son, David Masiello, who began as a masonry tender.

Growth With Purpose

Under David Masiello's leadership since 1989, RP Masiello has grown into a full-service commercial construction firm delivering hundreds of projects across the Northeast. That growth has been intentional; adding capabilities, markets, and technology while staying close to its construction roots.
