Senior Level Project Manager
Our Project Managers report directly to the President of the company. We encourage a collaborative working environment and discourage unproductive layers of bureaucracy which hinder effective and smart problem solving. Our project managers are responsible for the oversight of our construction projects and are the main point of contact between design teams, clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for private commercial construction projects OR
- Several years experience working in the field as a Superintendent on commercial projects
- Experience working on Design/Build deliver method is a plus
- Capable of working collaboratively with all teams involved to deliver the best outcome of the project
- Relevant degree in engineering or related field is a plus but NOT a requirement

Junior Level Project Manager
Our Project Managers report directly to the President of the company. Our project managers are responsible for the full oversight of our construction projects. As a junior level project manager you will have the autonomy to oversee the construction project as you see fit but will also have access to a cadre of senior level project level project managers who can help mentor your growth as a project manager.

- 1-3 years experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager for private commercial construction projects OR
- 2-5 years experience working in the field as a Superintendent
- Experience working on Design/Build delivery method is a plus
- Capable of working collaboratively with all parties involved to deliver best project outcome
- Relevant degree in engineering or related field is a plus but NOT a requirement
