Established in 1985, Fabrico Inc. manufactures close-tolerance metal products using exotic alloys for industries including power generation, aerospace, papermaking, nuclear, technology, and food processing.
New Manufacturing Building
RP Masiello was engaged as the design/build general contractor for Fabrico’s new 85,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. The company’s leadership wanted to make a statement with the design of the building, so we worked to craft an exterior of glass and custom metal work that elevates Fabrico’s brand and reflects its advanced capabilities fabricating high-precision products.
In addition to design development and construction, RP Masiello helped to secure the land for the project, provided all civil engineering and coordinated the permitting process with local officials.
