Twenty-five years of partnership; four buildings and counting. 

RP Masiello is once again working with long-term client Development Associates, a partnership dating back to 2000, as design/build general contractor for the fourth and final new building at the I-91 Professional Center in Northampton, MA. Breaking ground in 2027, Atwood 4 will be an 80,000 sqft. structure designed for commercial and medical use.  

While the park's first three buildings rise three stories, Atwood 4 will feature a fourth story; creating premium space with commanding views of the Connecticut River Valley and the mountains.
