New Commercial & Medical Facility

Work started by demolishing an old building on the property followed by excavation and installation of a sheet pile shoring system to protect the integrity of the adjoining streets.

Below ground, the property was crisscrossed with utility infrastructure, some up to 100-years-old. RP Masiello re-routed the city water, sewer and drain lines and prepared the site for new electrical and telecommunications service.

The four-story, including one story below grade, steel and brick-clad building was designed with high-end finishes to accommodate professional, medical, retail, and institutional uses. Complex site logistics were executed for crane lifts and construction to proceed safely while keeping the adjoining streets open throughout the project.

Since 1984, RP Masiello has constructed more than 20 buildings for Chacharone Properties and has renovated scores of additional buildings for the company.
