New Trucking Automotive Dealership

RP Masiello was contracted as the design/build general contractor for the new 24,000 squarefoot state-of-the art automotive facility, located on Route 20 in Worcester, Massachusetts. The building features a 12-bay service center with heated floors, LED lighting, and one of the Northeast’s only heavy-duty chassis dynamometer. The new dealership also houses an autmotive parts & retail showroom, along with a large manufacturing parts warehouse. The design includes a well-appointed, drivers’ lounge and truck sales offices.
