New Academic Campus Center 

RP Masiello was engaged to lead the design/build effort for what became the Janeway Educational Center at the Lancaster campus of RFK Community Alliance (then known as the Perkins School). Designed as a signature building, the center features a three-story tower with a 360-degree illuminated glass feature that shines across the campus like a lighthouse. 

The new building houses classrooms, a library, a 200-seat auditorium, administrative spaces, and a full-service cafeteria. RPM completed construction with minimal disruption to campus activities.

RFK Community Alliance is an educational and human service provider that helps people at all stages of life, and RP Masiello has been building for the organization since 1992. Over the years, RP Masiello has delivered several projects for the organization; including a fitness center, an assisted living facility, and daycare centers for both adults and children across the organization's campuses.
