New 85,000 sqft. Manufacturing Building

For this new 85,000 sqft. manufacturing building, RP Masiello was engaged at the very beginning of the project. A multidisciplinary team worked on every aspect of the design/build process, including helping to secure the land for the project and providing all the civil engineering needed.

RP Masiello prepared submittals and coordinated the permitting process with local officials that led to approval of the project.

Fabrico’s leadership wanted to make a statement with the design of the building, so working with the architectural team RP Masiello crafted an exterior of glass and custom metal work that reflects its advanced capabilities fabricating high-precision products.

Established in 1985, Fabrico Inc. manufactures close-tolerance metal products using exotic alloys for industries including power generation, aerospace, papermaking, nuclear, technology, and food processing.
