RP Masiello was engaged as the design/build construction manager to bring Jon Delli Priscoli’s vision for a new corporate headquarters center to reality. The result is a 110,000 sq. ft. Class A building that blends modern and classic design elements. From the exterior use of masonry and glass to the marble flooring and custom metal work in the lobby, the design reflects the Art Deco era with a contemporary lens. Named “Chestnut Ridge”, this was the third new facility that RP Masiello has built for First Colony Development Corp.
