As Harvey began planning for its new state-of-the-art manufacturing center, RP Masiello was contracted as the construction manager for the project. RPM worked closely with Harvey leadership and the architect Robert Dion, to make the 415,000 sq. ft. facility a reality. In addition to preparing the site and constructing the building, we were also engaged to build a 1-mile-long new road to access the property.
Longtime Relationship; Over 25 New Buildings for Harvey
Now known as Jacks Bridge Road, the Harvey project was the catalyst for continued development of many other industrial and commercial properties on that road. Since 1984, RP Masiello has constructed over 25 buildings and additions while performing numerous renovations for other Harvey buildings throughout New England and the Northeastern United States.
