Through a series of projects completed over several years, RP Masiello designed and built more than 100,000 sq.ft. of new manufacturing space, with heavy-duty electrical and HVAC systems, while working on a constrained industrial site without affecting ongoing company operations.
To maximize productivity of the existing site, RP Masiello also saw the opportunity to build a second floor within the legacy manufacturing building and create space for the engineering team’s R&D lab, quality assurance lab and other functions.
Other work included renovating administrative offices, rebuilding the parking lots and site infrastructure, and a new storage building rated for hazardous materials used in the manufacturing process.
Judd Wire builds more than 100 types of specialized wire and cable products for the aerospace, automotive, defense and electronics industries.
