Clubhouse & Pavilion Renovation

RP Masiello was engaged by Shaker Hills' ownership to fully renovate the golf clubhouse and recreational pavilion; with our own crews self-performing the framing, selective demolition, and general and finish carpentry throughout the project. The scope blended indoor and outdoor spaces, including viewing platforms that showcase dramatic vistas of the course. Renovations spanned the main kitchen, a rooftop terrace with its own dedicated kitchen, the pro shop, a patio, and a ballroom and lounge finished with classic wood and leather accents surrounding a center fireplace. Additional work included a custom bar and back bar with bench seating, custom tables and chairs, a custom stamped concrete patio, extensive landscape pavers and stone walls, four exterior gas fireplaces, and man-made stone veneer walls.
