New World Headquarters & New 350,000 Sqft. Manufacturing Facilities
RP Masiello was engaged to continue the development of a multi-building manufacturing and logistics complex for this global company. This first 350,000 sq.ft. steel frame building is primarily a warehousing and distribution center but is designed with the flexibility to convert space for adaptive manufacturing as needed.
The building is clad with metal panels and split-block masonry. Covered with an EPDM roof, the building has 40-foot ceilings for high-rack storage and 160 loading docks to accommodate the company’s significant distribution needs.
Given the semi-rural rolling geography of the site, a pumping station was required to maintain water pressure for the building’s operational and fire suppression system needs.
Unified2 New 418,000 Sqft. World Headquarters
RP Masiello was also contracted to build Unified2's global headquarters; a 418,000 sqft. manufacturing building, with associated Class A corporate offices and amenities for the senior management and administrative staff.

This ongoing relationship with Unified2 [formally Atlas Box and Crating] began in 1998 when RP Masiello was selected to build their first facility. Since then, the RP Masiello team has worked closely with company leadership to design and build eight new major facilities, including their 418,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters and manufacturing operation.
