Regional Manufacturing Campus

In the latest project for Unilock Boston, RP Masiello built “Plant” 4 at their Uxbridge complex. The facility has a single story 70-foot-tall section that houses the mixing operation. The balance of the building includes the drying kiln, process equipment including product hoppers, conveyance systems, a massive press and packaging.

To carry the heavy loads and sustain the impacts from the manufacturing processes, RP Masiello provided oversight for the underpinning of 938 piles for soil stabilization on the site. The project also required utility relocation and new underground infrastructure in conjunction with maintaining the integrity of the pilings.

Since 2000, RP Masiello has built out the entire Uxbridge campus for Unilock Boston, which now consists of four customized facilities.
