New Four-Story Automotive Dealership

Following a detailed qualification process, RP Masiello was selected as the general contractor to build a new four-level Audi dealership.

Designed as an embankment building on the sloping lot, the facility has exterior access for multiple levels. The building is clad with unique paneling and glazing systems. The roof is actually a fourth functional level with a parking deck for 35 new vehicles.

Inside, the building has a two-level auto show room and a technologically advanced service facility. Above the show room, the office area has an open concept with no structural interior columns, because the building’s roof was designed to support the level below.

RP Masiello earned accolades from Audi’s German and American architectural teams for the quality of construction and the attention to detail.
