New Faculty Housing for Worcester Academy

RP Masiello is constructing two new faculty residences for Worcester Academy, weaving modern living space into the fabric of the school's historic campus in Worcester, Massachusetts. Positioned directly on Providence Street, the residences keep faculty embedded in the academy's daily rhythm while offering the comfort and privacy of true residential homes.

Every detail of the design stays true to the campus's architectural legacy. The buildings maintain the classical colonial neoclassical style found throughout Worcester Academy's landmark halls, with select modern notes layered in so each residence reads as a natural continuation of the campus rather than a departure from it.

Founded in 1834, Worcester Academy is one of Worcester's most storied institutions, its grounds home to generations of students and educators. RP Masiello is proud to add a new chapter to that legacy, building residences that will support the academy's faculty for generations to come.
