Based in Worcester and renowned globally, David Clark Company has made history since its founding in 1935, pioneering groundbreaking aerospace protective equipment. Their innovations have safeguarded astronauts throughout NASA’s monumental Gemini, Apollo, and Space Shuttle missions, firmly establishing the company as an essential part of aerospace legacy.

Now, David Clark Company is preparing for its next era of growth with a comprehensive transformation of a new facility in Worcester, MA. RP Masiello was contracted to serve as construction manager for the project and is proud to play a central role in bringing together this significant redevelopment. The extensive 145,000 sq. ft. facility spans two floors and has been designed to accommodate an impressive array of equipment and operations — including engineering laboratories, manufacturing and assembly suites housing approximately 300 specialized machines, administrative and technical support offices, logistical warehousing spaces, and employee amenities like an on-site cafeteria.

Additionally, site work entails complete development of aesthetic landscaping and the inclusion of EV vehicle charging stations.

Construction of this ambitious expansion is currently underway, with project completion set for 2026.
