New Manufacturing Headquarters

RP Masiello was selected to design and build a new multi-purpose facility to accommodate Foster’s growth. The new building houses manufacturing, warehouse and office spaces. The nature of Foster’s processes required specialized systems for air quality (dust limitation) humidity and temperature control.

The project had an aggressive, two-phase schedule. The warehouse component needed to be ready to occupy first, because of operational deadlines the company faced. The second phase covered the office space and manufacturing area, which included infrastructure for three injection molding lines and other processes. Site work required blasting ledge and processing that material onsite into usable fill.
