Worcester developer, James Chacharone, embarked upon a plan to construct a striking multi-function building at the corner of Grove and West Boylston Streets. His vision, Chadwick Court, became Worcester’s first “class A” office building to be created in over ten years. The building was designed to accommodate professional, medical, retail, and institutional operations.
Featured Project
58,000 sq. ft. Corporate & Medical Facility
Working in a Design/Build capacity, RP Masiello, Inc. partnered with Ramon Hovsepian and Associates to design a unique 58,000 square foot multi-functional facility. The project was built on a fast-track schedule to accommodate Commonwealth Bank’s immediate occupancy, while portions of the structure and MEP systems were completed for future tenants.
In order to safely construct this building at a busy urban intersection, RP Masiello installed a sheet pile support system to protect the integrity of the street and its infrastructure. Additional site considerations included rerouting of city sewers, drains, and 100 year-old water services.
Since 1985, RP Masiello has constructed numerous buildings for Mr. Chacharone and renovated scores of others.
Project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
