TPE Solutions, in preparation for increased domestic manufacturing operations, contracted RP Masiello to build their new headquarters in Devens, MA. Located in the Devens Industrial Park, the new facility will be designed to seamlessly integrate both manufacturing and distribution operations with executive office suites to support current operations and future growth. The strategic Devens location provides excellent access to major transportation corridors and skilled workforce, while the adaptive design of the facility will accommodate TPE Solutions’ expanding product lines and increasing production capacity.

RPM will break ground for the new facility in the summer of 2025 and completion is scheduled for the summer of 2026.
