72,000 sq. ft of building and renovations
RP Masiello, Inc. was Dover Instrument’s exclusive design/build contractor from 1987 and until its sale to Danaher Motion in 2002. During that period RPM constructed 3 building additions, and performed several occupied and phased in renovations across the entire existing facility. 53,000 sq. ft. of new manufacturing space was added, along with an elevator implant. Close to 20,000 ft. of space was renovated to support ISO 8 cleanrooms, machining, shipping, and general administrative support. New parking lots were constructed, along with infrastructure and town mandated forced main sewerage station constructed in Flanders Road. All of the projects were completed on time and on budget.
