RP Masiello, Inc. was contracted by INCOM to expand its existing facility, while performing upgrades to the corporate office and production portions of the old facility. The building expansion primarily required a second-floor manufacturing area to house INCOM’s glass extrusion. The first floor entailed assorted manufacturing needs augmented by production offices. RP Masiello also performed renovations to the existing building including an elevator implant.
RP Masiello was brought in again to reconstruct an older failed building due to the great ice storm and blizzard of 2011. Approximately 35% of the old facility failed. RP Masiello quickly mobilized and worked with INCOM, insurance, and township, to bring the facility online within 7 months. The project included reconstruction of a laboratory for the manufacturing of glass strips used for cancer testing. The RP Masiello crews also reverted the building back to INCOM for its R&D department as well as for its tenant.
