Faced with a compact, yet ideally located commercial site across from Indian Lake in Worcester, noted regional developer James Chacharone envisioned a professional building of distinction that would leverage the property’s expansive views and easy access to regional highways.
New Class A Office Building
Chacharone Properties engaged RP Masiello to lead the design/build effort for the Class A professional building now called Lake View Court.
The building rises five stories for two important design reasons: the height maximizes the water views of Indian Lake and a smaller building footprint allows for sufficient surface parking and mature landscaped buffers for the compact site. Lake View Court is clad in masonry and glass curtain wall. Many offices enjoy stunning vistas through floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Marble, stainless-steel and glass finishes define the building’s contemporary lobby.
Since 1984, RP Masiello has worked with Chacharone Properties on numerous design/build new construction projects and multiple renovations to existing properties.
